If you sell on DWCO, our payment processor (Stripe) collects identity verification information, including your legal name, date of birth, Social Security Number or EIN, and banking information. This information is processed and stored by Stripe under its own privacy policy and is necessary for regulatory compliance and payout processing.

- Shipping: When an order is placed, we share the buyer's shipping address with the seller to fulfill the order.
- Email communications: We use email service providers to send transactional and promotional messages.
- Legal compliance: We may disclose your information to law enforcement, government agencies, or other third parties when required by law, subpoena, court order, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
